Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room I originally booked was disappointing with only double-sized beds, but the replacement was comfortable with plenty of working space. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being grumpy while others were awesome. The location was a bit inconvenient due to ongoing construction and other issues, but the dining experience was really good despite some waiting time. The facilities were decent overall but had some drawbacks.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were in need of an upgrade and felt plain, dark, and old. On the bright side, the bed was comfy and cute. Service was top-notch with friendly and courteous staff, although there was a small hiccup at check-in. The location had its charm but lacked bathroom convenience near the pool. Dining options were limited but not too bad. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue, but the friendly service provided some bright spots during my stay.
The hotel had a bad smell in the rooms and the original room was terrible, but the service was pleasant and helpful. The location was good but needs updating, and the dining experience was very good. Overall, there were some maintenance issues but it was an enjoyable stay.
The hotel's rooms were recently redone with laminate flooring, making them quiet and clean. However, my initial room was in poor condition with stains, a cracked window, and missing items. The second room wasn't much better, still with stains, a draft, and a beer smell. Yet, the rooms I eventually got were clean and comfortable, albeit slightly outdated.
I was initially worried that the room wouldn't meet my expectations, but the reality was disappointing. The first room I was given was like a men's sweaty locker room - sofa missing, stained floors, no bathroom items, and a foul smell of alcohol. The second room wasn't much better; it still had stains, smelled bad, and even had a broken toilet seat. The overall experience in the rooms was far from pleasant.
